Kate O'Donnell in Big Girl's Blouse

Kate O’Donnell will be making a song and dance about her transgender life when she appears in an award-winning show at The Dukes on September 18.

Big Girl’s Blouse tells the story of the transgender performer’s life and what it was like growing up in the 1970s.

In the 1990s, Kate became a part of the alternative cabaret scene and created theatre and film for Queer Up North. She has also danced for artists including Boy George and regularly performed and presented on television.

The show is recommended for anyone aged 13 plus and there will be a post show talk-back free to ticketholders after the performance.
