Keswick lays on extra treats

Alongside Keswick’s Theatre by the Lake’s six Summer Season shows, in repertoire from May to November, a variety of newly programmed music, talks, films, comedy, family friendly shows and drama are also available.

Running from the end of June to January 2020, music-lovers are spoiled for choice with a range of folk, jazz, rock 'n’ roll, R 'n' B, pop-opera and classical music

In November, Leoe & Hyde Theatre Company is presenting The Marriage of Kim K, which celebrates learning to love what you thought you hated by fusing high art with pop culture.

For families, So You Think You Know About Dinosaurs on August 18 is a stage show starring dinosaur expert Dr Ben Garrod. It is followed by There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly, a re-telling one of the best-loved nursery rhymes, on 13 October.
