Leicestershire open-air theatre Kilworth House has revealed the cast for the first of its 2025 productions, 42nd Street.
Mia Kobayashi will play Peggy Sawyer and Lewis Griffiths will take the role of Julian Marsh. The rest of the cast comprises Michelle Bishop (Dorothy Brock), Brian O'Muiri (Billy Lawlor), Rosie Strobel (Maggie Jones), T J Lloyd (Bert Barry), Pete Gallagher (Abner Dillon) and Tim Rogers (Pat Denning and US Julian).
The ensemble consists of Katharine Pearson, Issie Wilman, Tia Gyngell, Esme Kennedy, Imogen Bailey, Danielle Huntley, Dammi Aregbeshola, Cris Penfold, Bradley Trevethan, Chris Gray, Benjamin Drew, Joseph Bristow, Theo Uk Rose and Mark Austin.
Lee Proud will return to the North Kilworth theatre as director and choreographer. The creative team features Celia Mackay (producer), Rick Coates (musical supervisor and direction), Phillip Witcomb (set and costume designer), Jason Taylor (lighting designer), Chris Whybrow (sound designer), Charlotte Gale (associate choreographer) and Sarah Goggin (casting director).
42nd Street will run from Tuesday 3 June until Sunday 13 July.
