The Ladykillers

An eccentric little old lady is pitted against a gang of ruthless criminals in dark comedy The Ladykillers at Oldham Coliseum Theatre.

Posing as amateur musicians in a string quartet, Professor Marcus and his gang rent rooms in the topsy-turvy house of unsuspecting landlady Mrs Louisa Alexandra Wilberforce. The villains plot to involve Mrs W in the heist of the century, but while the authorities are stumped the clever Mrs W solves the crime.

Written by Graham Linehan (Father Ted, Black Books, The IT Crowd), The Ladykillers is based on the 1955 Ealing film.

It runs from June 10 to July 2.
