Birmingham Royal Ballet celebrates its 25th anniversary with its largest ever tour of Swan Lake opening at The Lowry, Salford from September 23-26.
The 2015/16 tour will play 51 performances in 11 different venues over England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Japan.
This classic production of ballet’s greatest love story features a towering gothic design by Philip Prowse with spectacular costumes.
BRB will also present a specially adapted performance for children aged 3 to 7 years old titled First Steps: A Child’s Swan Lake.
On the Saturday morning, members of the public are invited behind closed doors as the company of dancers open up their daily class. This is a rare opportunity for members of the public to take a peek behind the scenes.
