Lichfield Garrick which needs more volunteers

Lichfield Garrick is looking for volunteers aged 16 and over to help front-of-house staff in their duties which include checking tickets and showing people to their seats.

Adrian Jackson, the Garrick’s chief executive and artistic director, says, “Being a volunteer will give you a fantastic chance to see the workings of the Garrick from the inside as well as to enjoy many of our shows for free.

“We’re a friendly organisation and are keen to welcome more people to the team.”

Volunteers can work as many or as few hours as they want, with a minimum of one shift every two weeks.

Adrian Jackson adds, “We’re looking for people who are confident, friendly and well presented. An interest in the arts and working with other like-minded people is also important.”

To find out more or to download an application form, go to the Lichfield Garrick web site, ring 01543 412110 or e-mail [email protected].
