Little Voice sings out in Manchester

Beverley Callard, Jess Robinson and Ray Quinn in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice

The national tour of The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, starring Beverley Callard, Ray Quinn, Duggie Brown and introducing Jess Robinson as Little Voice, comes to Manchester Opera House from April 29 to May 4.

It’s the northern fairytale, featuring songs from some of the world’s most iconic divas including Marilyn Monroe, Shirley Bassey and Judy Garland.

Beverley Callard is best known as Coronation Street’s Liz McDonald, a role she played for more than 21 years.

Ray Quinn began his career in Channel 4’s Brookside playing Anthony Murray, for which he won numerous awards.

Duggie Brown is an actor and comedian whose career spans five decades and Jess Robinson is an actress, singer and impressionist who has appeared in BBC2’s Dead Ringers, ITV1’s It's Paul Burling, is a series regular on BBC1's The Impressions Show, and provides many of the female impressions for ITV's Headcases.
