Everyman & Playhouse youth theatre alumnus David Morrissey and Kate Willard, head of corporate affairs for Stobart Group, have joined the board of the theatres.
David has sat on the Board of the Everyman before, famously, when he was still in the Youth Theatre.
Since then he has gone on to star in on screen in The Walking Dead, State of Play, The Driver, Blackpool, One Summer, The Deal and Red Riding. His films include Welcome to the Punch, Nowhere Boy, The Other Boleyn Girl and Centurion.
