Bolton Octagon celebrates the creativity of over-50s with a week of arts and wellbeing events.
As part of its ReAct programme, the venue has a week of creative activities and experiences open to anyone aged 50+, from July 11–16.
A wide variety of activities, workshops and sharings include visual art installations, crafts, yoga, play readings, painting, writing, music and more.
All are free for anyone over 50 and open to all levels of experience and ability.
Launched in 2020, ReAct is a National Lottery funded project that increases artistic experiences for over 50s; providing accessible and appealing opportunities to many that may not ordinarily visit the Octagon.
