A new radio play by local stage and screen writer Becky Prestwich will make its debut on Bolton FM on June 15, performed by members of the town’s Young Octagon Company.
One Night in Bolton was originally written as a stage play to open the new Octagon last summer.
It has now been reworked from a stage show in to a radio play.
It tells the stories of Julie and Ray, two fictional audience members who were at the opening night of the original theatre in 1967.
