The Lowry’s partner company Birmingham Royal Ballet brings its new production Aladdin to Salford from February 27 to March 2, prior to its London première.
Created for the National Ballet of Japan in 2008, Aladdin boasts a stellar creative team, with choreography by BRB Director David Bintley, creator of the award-winning Cinderella, and music by BAFTA award-winning Carl Davis.
Bintley’s Aladdin adds another full-length ballet to his career and history of dance making.
Aladdin is a co-production with Houston Ballet Foundation, establishing further links between Birmingham Royal Ballet and the international dance arena.
