Oldham Coliseum Theatre is offering a new kind of panto magic for 2020.

Their Panto Digital Storytelling will be available online between December 12 and January 2.

Straight off the Coliseum stage, Dame Dotty Trott and Cinderella tell their stories from their own perspective. Audiences choose between Jack and the Beanstalk or Cinderella, with access to the online video for a whole day.

Much like the Fairy Godmother’s magic, access will expire each day at midnight.

Expect a few new twists in these tales. Does Dame Dotty Trott really think she’s the true Giant Slayer? Find out how tough Cinderella really had it when she reveals all the Ugly Sisters’ secrets…

Both star Coliseum pantomime favourite actors Richard J Fletcher and Shorelle Hepkin. The prerecorded videos are directed by Rachel McMurray and filmed and edited by the Coliseum’s Digital Associate, Grant Archer.
