Britain's oldest dance company Rambert is in the process of moving into its new home on London’s Southbank and, before it opens fully, it is to show visitors behind the scenes.

The building is not a public building (Rambert is a touring company, not a venue) but early in December the company is offering an opportunity to see behind the scenes.

Limited numbers will be able to book to tour the building, watch classes and rehearsals and attend a number of other free events including talks, workshops and taster classes.

The full programme can be found on the Rambert web site.

The Rambert Archive is re-opening to researchers in early 2014.
