Mike Kenny’s modern version of Rapunzel, produced by tutti frutti and York Theatre Royal, is to take up residence in the Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield for the Christmas season.

The show will run from 9 to 29 December, and is described as suitable for 'boys and girls aged 3+ and their families'. Directed by Wendy Harris and re-worked for the new venue, the show has been on the road since its successful performances at York Theatre Royal’s Studio last autumn.

tutti frutti has been creating quality work for children since 1991 and was formerly resident at the Lawrence Batley Theatre, before forging their more recent regular association with York’s Theatre Royal.
