Wayne McGregor will create a piece for more than a thousand dancers in Trafalgar Square after an attempt at a world record by trying to get schoolchildren around the world dancing simultaneously.

In addition to this, Sadler's Wells' creative learning programme Connect will be taking dance into streets, shopping centres, libraries and public squares with the Big Dance Bus, site-specific performances and workshops.
