Santa's Grotto at New Victoria Theatre, Woking

The New Victoria Theatre, Woking has two essential Christmas traditions for all the family to enjoy: the brand new panto production of Dick Whittington and, returning to Woking, Santa’s Grotto at the theatre from Saturday 1 December.

He will be taking up residence in the theatre foyer throughout the Christmas period; just follow the signs to the Grotto for a magical experience and to tell him exactly what you’d like this Christmas. The treats aren’t just for the kids; there are drinks and snacks on offer before you hit the shops once more. There’s no need to pre-book and tickets are £3 including a goody bag.

The panto lights were switched on in the Peacocks Shopping Centre on Thursday 15 November and the festivities continue to get everyone into the party mood with a special Panto Party Day on Saturday 17 November from 11AM to 2PM with lots of activities. The day will include a balloonist, panto-themed craft activities, colouring competitions and costumed characters. Dressing up is encouraged with some special treats on offer for those who do.

Events will taking play in and around the Shopping Centre Food Court from 11AM.

The pantomime Dick Whittington begins performances on 7 December 2012 continuing until 6 January 2013.
