Live at LICA at Lancaster University present the UK première of The Falling Song from Dublin’s award-winning dance theatre company Junk Ensemble on March 6.

The show features dance and live music accompanied by a specially formed choir of children from Lancaster's Dallas Road Primary School under the direction of their music teacher Becki Snell.

The children have been rehearsing with company in the run up to the show and learning the complex pieces of music. It is a special opportunity to work with a professional touring company and, 10-yr-old year 5 pupil Manny Westerside said, "It's a really great piece of dancing theatre and I've very much enjoyed working with the company and learning the songs."
