Sheridan Smith and Chris Peluso lead the cast of Funny Girl which comes to the Palace Theatre, Manchester in February.

It’s already proved a huge box office success and is now being brought back to the venue from August 7 to 19.

Smith will reprise her highly praised performance of Fanny Brice during both runs.

The show brought global fame to Barbra Streisand 50 years ago and boasts some of the most iconic songs in film and theatre history, including "People" and "Don’t Rain On My Parade". It tells the story of Fanny Brice, whose vocal talents and comedic ability see her rise from Brooklyn music hall singer to Broadway star.
