Julia Donaldson’s classic story The Singing Mermaid comes to Lancaster’s Dukes Theatre May 30–31.
It tells the tale of the mermaid with a wonderful voice, tempted to join the circus, only to find herself trapped, miserable and alone, and missing her friends from the seashore.
It’s presented by three actor / singer / puppeteers. Music and songs are by Barb Jungr, a singer, composer and lyricist.
