Suba Das, artistic director of HighTide in the East of England is to take on the role of creative director of Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse Theatres.
As Suba moves next year, he leaves HighTide in healthy condition, artistically and financially, with a clear strategy ahead.
HighTide will shortly be touring When the Long Trick’s Over (written by Morgan Lloyd Malcolm, directed by Chinonyerem Odimba) to nine venues in their region and Oxford. It is their first touring production since the pandemic began, and follows a recent successful Inventing the Future Festival held in Ipswich at The New Wolsey.
