Ted Robbins as Baron Hardup in Cinderella

Preston Guild Hall sticks to a winning formula which has brought a succession of hit Christmas pantomime shows and a boost to box office takings.

Cinderella opens at the venue’s Charter Theatre next Tuesday and runs until New Year’s Eve.

It’s again masterminded by Guild Hall Productions and topping the bill as ever is one of Lancashire’s best known comedians and actors, Ted Robbins (The Guv’nor from CBBC’s The Slammer, Phoenix Nights and BBC Radio Lancashire).

As well as starring as Baron Hardup, Ted is also the director and writer and brings his experience, comic skills and energy, to a production that always sets out to delight audiences young and old.

Also appearing alongside him again are comedy duo The Harper Brothers as the Ugly Sisters and Jodie Hamblet as Cinderella.

The Fairy Godmother is Leah Bracknell, Buttons (Tom Milner) and Prince (Phil Swift).
