The cast for Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre’s The Comedy of Errors is currently rehearsing via Zoom before open air performances start this Saturday.

Returning to the Chester park to reprise their 2014 roles, and known best as the Puck twins from 2013’s Midsummer Night’s Dream, Danielle and Nichole Bird are Antipholus of Ephesus and Antipholus of Syracuse.

Director Alex Clifton said they are delighted to have a company of so many Park veterans. "They come with variety of skills: musicianship, singing, physical skills, and can’t wait to be with an audience. Roll on next weekend!"

The actors are working in a controlled bio-bubble and are tested regularly. At the park, 20% of normal seating capacity allows for social distancing. Entrance times are staggered to avoid a queue. Part of the ticket price is a donation which helps manage the risk in case of local lockdown.

Performances, including matinées, run until August 30.
