Oldham Coliseum has started rehearsals for the forthcoming production of Barney Norris’s Visitors which opens April 18 and runs to May 4.
First presented in 2014 in London, it is a wryly comic love story that shows the challenges facing people at different times in their lives.
The Coliseum’s production features Robin Herford—best known as director of The Woman in Black—as Arthur, joined by Liz Crowther as his wife Edie.
They have lived together on their farm for the majority of their lives, and a compassionate and wryly comic love story depicts the indiscriminate effects of dementia with frankness and light humour.
