Vacancies: Northampton Royal and Derngate needs two trustees

Northampton Royal and Derngate is looking for new volunteer trustees for its board.

The venue is looking for two trustees with skills and expertise in finance or law and in the arts.

Royal and Derngate’s Made in Northampton productions have toured nationally and transferred to the National Theatre, the West End and Broadway. Last year the theatre welcomed more than 290,000 people to its shows and films, and more than 22,000 people saw Royal and Derngate’s co-produced work at venues across the UK.

The venue’s activities contributed more than £21 million to the local economy in 2014.

Details about how to apply to be a trustee can be found on the Royal and Derngate web site. Applications should be submitted by Friday 20 February and interviews will be held during the week beginning 9 March.
