A Thousand Murdered Girls is returning to the Unity Theatre in Liverpool from July 4-6.
The play challenges perceptions of the Second World War and British involvement in Greece and is performed by an all Liverpool cast from the drama group Insurrection.
Compiled by Darren Guy and based on the last testaments of resistance fighters in the 1940s and the hidden diaries of woman who where imprisoned in camps on the Greek island of Trikeri between 1949 and 1953 the play uses drama, film, music and poetry to tell its story.
