Jonathan Munby’s production of Ella Hickson’s Wendy & Peter Pan, which was a hit in Tokyo this summer and at Leeds Playhouse this Christmas, will head to The Lowry in Salford next Christmas.
In a retelling of the J M Barrie classic, fairy Tink and Tiger Lily as unlikely allies with Wendy give the Lost Boys a run for their money, take on the dastardly Captain Hook and learn what a great adventure life can be.
It’s packed with theatrical magic, flying and sword fighting, plus a real pirate ship.
