NapoliAt the Theatre Royal The Three Phantoms runs on Wednesday and Thursday and Circus Hilarious on Friday and Saturday.

On Friday and Saturday Fuel and Belarus Free Theatre present Minsk 2011: A Reply to Kathy Acker at Northern Stage.

The Live/Soho Theatre co-production Utopia is at Live Theatre from Wednesday until 16th June in the Main House, while in the Studio on Thursday and Friday the venue presents its last ever Short Cuts, four new short plays.

Fireman Sam: Pontypandy Rocks! is at the Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre on Monday (2pm) and Tuesday (11am and 2pm).

On Saturday Appetite Dance Productions presents Letter to My Father at Dance City.

Flying Cloud Theatre brings Napoli to the Berwick Maltings on Wednesday (1.30pm) and Thursday (7.30pm).

The LoverBallet Central comes to the Queen's Hall in Hexham with a programme of six pieces at 7.30pm on Friday and 2.30pm on Saturday.

Spike Theatre Company presents The Games at Middlesbrough Theatre on Saturday.

Horrible Histories productions The Terrible Tudors and The Vile Victorians are at Darlington Civic from Thursday to Sunday.

Puppet show Rapunzel is at Darlington Arts Centre on Saturday at 11am and 2.30pm, and at 8pm it's the turn of The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists.

On Wednesday and Thursday there's a double bill of Pinter plays - The Dumb Waiter and The Lover - at the Georgian Theatre, Richmond.

The Dumb Waiter and The Lover come to Harrogate Theatre's Studio on Friday and Saturday, whilst in the Main House on Friday Lipservice presents Withering Looks.
