In the Customs House Studio on Thursday ARC Stockton presents Learning How to Die, written and performed by Luca Rutherford. In the Theatre at 2:30 on Saturday, Ballet Theatre UK performs The Snow Queen.

On Friday and Saturday Hexham's Queen’s Hall Arts presents After the Ice, a new play set in the NE 8000 years ago, written by Susannah Pickering and aimed at age 7 – 11.

The Gruffalo’s Child continues at Billingham Forum on Monday and Tuesday (various times during the day).

At 2PM on Sunday at Middlesbrough Theatre, NTC presents The Ugly Duckling.

At ARC Stockton on Wednesday ARCADE Scratch Night: New Writing Special is an evening of rehearsed readings of new short plays, created by members of Writers ARCADE.

Talking Scarlet presents Alan Ayckbourn’s Round and Round the Garden at Darlington Civic from Monday to Wednesday.

Night + Daze plays in the Studio at Harrogate Theatre from Thursday to Saturday.
