Z-arts has Manchester's only show specifically created for ages two to four, The Gift.
TouchedTheatre performs its original, immersive puppetry until December 31.
It features world-renowned puppeteers Mohsen Nouri and Aya Nakamura and follows grumpy astronaut Nolli as he discovers Christmas can find you anywhere, even in space. Inspired by children’s experiences of lockdown and separation from friends and family, the show uses visual theatre and animation to bring to life an original story of the magic of gift-giving, connection and friendship in space.
The production was originally commissioned by Z-arts for Christmas 2020 then cancelled. It has been created to be fully COVID-secure.
