The company behind The Gruffalo, Tall Stories, bring their adaptation of The Snail and the Whale to The Albany.

Based on the book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, the show tells the story of a tiny snail's journey stowed on the tail of a humpback whale.

New musical Another Night Before Christmas takes an innovative look at the classic story which has 30-something, overworked and underpaid social worker, Karol, have an interrupted Christmas Eve for one.

Another Night Before Christmas has book and lyrics by Sean Grennan and music by Leah Okimoto. It is directed by Guy Retallack.

Retribution and justice, love and masculinity—what man could kill their own father? Thebes Land has played sold-out runs in eight countries worldwide and now has its UK première.

It is directed in the round by Daniel Goldman with a prison cell set that fills the stage. The play is written by Latin America’s Franco-Uruguayan playwright Sergio Blanco.
