Depart – tour starts 18 May

Inspired by the legend of Orpheus and Eurydice, Depart is a site-specific circus production playing in cemeteries and parks across the country.

Featuring dance and circus students and up to 100 singers from local choirs performing alongside stunning acrobats and aerialists from Circa's ensemble, the show transforms the open spaces with genre-defying spectacles.

The director is Yaron Lifschitz, the composer is Sam Glazer and the composer and sound designer Lapalux. Video design is by Ben Foot and Valentina Floris.

Depart is a Circa production, co-commissioned by LIFT, National Centre for Circus Arts, Spitalfields Music, Hull UK City of Culture 2017, LeftCoast and Brighton Festival.

Departs tours to General Cemetery Hull, Brighton Woodvale Cemetery and Stanley Park Blackpool.

Tales Of Birbal – tour starts 19 May

Chiming with the celebrations to mark the 70th anniversary of Indian independence, Tales Of Birbal is a collection of fables from past generations shared by Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and all people across the region.

Stories for all ages over six are told by cast members Simran Kular and Medhavi Patel, using humour, puppetry, music and the occasional fake beard.

Tales Of Birbal is by Sayan Kent from an original concept by Trina Haldar, artistic director of Mashi Theatre mashi-theatre.co.uk which presents diverse work within the performing arts, particularly for young people. British-Asian clarinetist Arun Ghosh is the musical director and puppetry direction is by Sue Pyecroft

After playing Brighton Festival, Tales Of Birbal tours to Curve Leicester, Southbank 's Alchemy Festival London, Watermans Art Centre Brentford, Tara Arts London, Warwick Arts Centre, The Hat Factory Luton, June Arts Jam and The Egg Theatre Royal Bath, with autumn touring dates to be announced.

Milkshake! Live, The Magic Storybook – tour starts 26 May

Milkshake! Live, The Magic Story Book is magical show with plenty of audience participation with favourite Milkshake! characters for the young ones.

Incorporating fairytales and songs, the featured characters include Bob the Builder, Little Princess, Noddy, Toyland Detective, Fireman Sam and many more as well as Milkshake!’s very own Milkshake! Monkey and two Milkshake! presenters at every show.

Milkshake! is Channel 5's range of programmes for preschool aged children. Tour dates for Milkshake! Live, The Magic Story Book are found online.

Emma – tour starts 26 May

Jane Austen’s comic masterpiece Emma has been faithfully adapted by writer Tim Luscombe for The Production Exchange.

Emma is directed by Colin Blumenau. This tour marks the 200 year anniversary of Austen’s death.

Emma visits Leatherhead Theatre, Yvonne Arnaud Guildford, Theatre Royal Bath, Oxford Playhouse, Malvern Theatres and Cambridge Arts Theatre.
