The Ticket Machine Group, which operates under the brand names LOVETheatre, Group Line, Show Pairs and Lashmars, has been purchased by the Ambassador Theatre Group.
In the deal, Simon Warwick will remain CEO for The Ticket Machine Group and the brands will be retained.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
