The Last Five Years

Fresh from his musical theatre successes with Spring Awakening and Little Shop of Horrors (nominated for Best Fringe Production at the Manchester Theatre Awards), director James Baker is bringing another fringe first to the region by presenting the Manchester professional première of Tony Award winning composer Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years to the King’s Arms Theatre, Salford.

It chronicles a young couple's romance in a fresh and exciting way: Cathy’s story starts at the end of their relationship; Jamie’s begins on the day they met.

Directed by James Baker with musical direction from Tom Chester, The Last Five Years is produced by James Baker and King’s Arms Theatre and will run for one week only.
