London's marionette theatre, Puppet Theatre Barge, is this month to stage Brer Rabbit And The Tar Baby based on the stories by Joel Chandler Harris in an adaptation by Juliet Rogers. Gren Middleton has carved the marionettes.
The show features narration by stage and TV star Rudolf Walker and specially composed music by Dave Moore and Dick Hextall-Smith.
Rob Humphreys directs and manipulation is by Elizabeth Barron, Edie Edmundson, Juliette Meacock and Jazmyn Sadri.
Brer Rabbit And The Tar Baby is playing at the Puppet Theatre Barge from 21 March to 17 May.
