English Touring Theatre comes to Oldham Coliseum in October with a revival of its highly acclaimed production of Terence Rattigan’s French Without Tears, which enjoyed a sell-out run at the Orange Tree Theatre, Richmond-upon-Thames last year.
A group of young English men arrive at Monsieur Maingot’s French School for the summer to cram for the diplomatic exam, but their concentration is disrupted by a beautiful visitor, Diana Lake.
French Without Tears was Rattigan’s first smash hit.
It runs at Oldham Coliseum from October 25 to 29.
