Derby Theatre is remaining connected with audiences through digital content on its web site and shared through its social media channels.

Memory Box delves into the theatre’s archive and looks back at some of its past shows. The first one is Paul Allen’s adaptation of Mark Herman’s screenplay of Brassed Off, its 2015 production. New content includes actors who appeared in the show discussing and reliving their favourite memories of the production.

Treasure Island—The Ship Will Sail Again features content from the theatre’s British Sign Language-integrated production of Treasure Island which was cancelled because of coronavirus. It includes video of a rehearsal and interviews with the creative team.

A number of free online workshops will be held over the next few months including Wellbeing Through Connection with Lou Platt, Getting Your Play Down Right with Simon Marshall on Friday 19 June and Working With a Dramaturg with Madeline Gould on Friday 3 July.

All the content is available through the DT@Home section of the Derby Theatre web site.
