The London Jam – The 7th Annual London 50-hour Improvathon, which this year is set on an intergalactic cruise ship

Taking place over the last week of January in north London's Park Theatre, The London Jam is a celebration of improvisation.

In the international line up is Austentatious, The Factory, Phil Kay, The School of Night and The Showstoppers! (from the UK) and Abandoman, Game Of Death, The Sufferettes, Dad’s Garage and Harold of Galactus from abroad.

This inaugural event will culminate with The 7th Annual London 50-hour Improvathon, which this year is set on an intergalactic cruise ship.

Artistic Director of Extempore Theatre and The London Jam, Adam Meggido, said, “It’s a huge rambling soap opera in 25 episodes. After 30 hours without sleep, the performers become too tired to censor themselves, and this results in a wild, euphoric performance you cannot access any other way.”

The London Jam is presented by Extempore Theatre with The Bristol Old Vic and KPS Productions. It runs from 20 January and is suitable for age 14 and over.
