Godspell In Concert currently on a UK tour starring Andy Abraham is to close two months early.
The final performance will be this coming week at the Princess Theatre, Torquay. The tour started a month ago and had been scheduled to close on 3 July.
Russell Scott, producer and musical director of the show, said, “it is with a heavy heart we announce the early closure of Godspell in Concert.
"We have had an incredible journey and, despite rave reviews, audience acclaim and standing ovations, ticket sales have been disappointing, and so, after five glorious weeks with the most amazing company, cast and creative team, we are announcing early closure.”
