Heels Of Glory: A Drag Action Musical which has been workshopped at Chelsea Theatre will have two full performances at the end of the month.

The James Bond-esque romp has been written by international cabaret artist Tricity Vogue and composer Richard Link, who have now secured Arts Council funding to see it reach public performance.

Stephen Heatley will direct a cast led by Nathan Kiley, otherwise known as drag queen Topsie Redfern as the heroine, and Sarah-Louise Young as the "Bond" villain.

Chelsea artistic director, Francis Alexander, has said, “as a performance space, we are dedicated to commissioning, producing and presenting the freshest and most innovative artists, both nationally and internationally. It’s a pleasure to offer our support to this promising production.”

Heels Of Glory: A Drag Action Musical plays the Chelsea Theatre on 28 and 29 January.
