Open auditions are being held on 10 January for teenagers aged 12 to 15 years who would like to voice the part of Son of God in new comedy NotMoses.
NotMoses director Gary Sinyor said, “it’s irrelevant to me what sex, religion—or lack of religion—the applicant is. Whoever is funniest will have their voice recorded in conversation with God and that will be played back for the whole run.”
Registration for the audition starts at 10AM at Arts Theatre, London.
The play is set in Ancient Egypt and follows the story of two babies found floating in a basket on the Nile. Whilst one becomes a slave, the other becomes a prince at the court of the Pharaoh.
NotMoses will run at the Arts Theatre from 10 March to 14 May.
