For the 2021 edition of "L’Été Danse!" (Summer of Dance), Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo will present two series of shows, celebrating the return of live performance.

From 15 to 17 July, the company will perform two works by Mimoza Koike (Tsungu) and Julien Guérin (Le Temps du Tendre), both from Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo.

From 22 to 24 July, the dancers will take audiences to the shores of the Mediterranean, accompanied on stage by musicians for two pieces. The first, In Memoriam by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, was created in 2004 for Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. The Corsican A Filetta group will lend its voices to the dancers' movements.

The second piece will be Core Meu by Jean-Christophe Maillot. The ballet will be another chance to hear live Antonio Castrignano & Taranta Sounds who have given a new face to the Tarentella of Puglia.
