Since LBBS launched in 2014, the school has seen an unprecedented rise in boys dance training in London.

The school, which boasts a 100% examination pass rate, offers pupils a training programme following the internationally recognised examination syllabus set by the Royal Academy of Dance. Other dance styles are also provided within the timetable.

Catering to all ages and abilities, LBBS offers pupils a complete dance education, not just ballet. The school provides an insight into what it takes to be a professional dancer and includes school performances, regular theatre trips, guest teachers and visits to other ballet schools.

Based in Angel, Islington in Central London, LBBS claims to be the only school offering boys and young men aged from 4 to 18 the chance to try and learn dance.

The school’s founder, James Anthony, said, “we’ve seen a staggering growth in demand for our dance classes and have expanded an incredible amount in the last 12 months. This time last year, we had 15 pupils registered, today, we’re announcing in excess of 100 pupils—an amazing achievement by all involved.”
