London Writers’ Week 2018
Published: 24 June 2018
This year's London Writers’ Week, a forum for new ideas in writing in the UK, has The London Screenwriters’ Festival as a new partner.
For the first time, the offering will include sessions on, amongst others, playwriting and film, pitching for film work and writing for the Raindance Film Festival.
Jennifer Tuckett, director of London Writers’ Week, said, “we are excited our fourth London Writers’ Week’s theme is film and that we are donating 100% of our profits to organisations promoting diversity in the arts.
"There has been a lot of discussion this year about diversity in the arts and we hope this year’s week will provide a useful programme of access to some of the best work and new ideas going on in terms of new writing and film in the UK, as well as raising money for an important cause.”
London Writers' Week takes place from July to 21 July at the Diorama Arts Centre.
