Tickets are now on sale for charity concert Love In Mind raising funds for The Harvey Parker Trust.

This new charity has been founded in memory of 20-year-old Harvey Parker to support young artists experiencing mental health issues. Parker was a gender fluid, autistic, mixed-race musician who took their own life in December 2021.

Led by Mark Rylance and Grammy award-winning Clean Bandit, the cast will feature stars from across the entertainment sectors; to date, the list includes internationally recognised cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Europe’s first ethnically diverse professional orchestra Chineke! of which Harvey was a member, award-winning jazz organisation Tomorrow’s Warriors, with more artists still to confirm.

Support comes from the National Children’s Orchestras of Great Britain, Future Talent and Choir of Westminster School.

Clean Bandit’s Grace Chatto said, “let us always support the emotional safety of creative young minds, for whom the world can be so tough right now. It is an honour to be performing at this beautiful diverse concert alongside such incredible musicians. I only wish Harvey could have been here too.”

The event is organised by the Harvey Parker Trust and all profits from the concert will go directly to the Harvey Parker Trust. Following the concert is an afterparty delivered by London nightclub Heaven and G-A-Y. Tickets are £25 and bookable online. More headline artists will be announced shortly.

Love In Mind will take place on 30 April at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre, London
