Musical theatre star Michael Ball leads the cast of Summertime—An Evening of Gershwin at north London's Kenwood House.
He will be joined on stage by Kerry Ellis (Queen's We Will Rock You, Wicked), David Shannon (Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera), and Gina Beck (currently Glinda in Wicked). Jae Alexander will conduct with Viv Mclean at the piano.
Other events in the Live by the Lake evenings are indie band Suede, a Choral Greats Firework Spectacular, a screening of Singin’ in the Rain with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra delivery a live score, and Opera Alfresco.
