The Boulevard Theatre is a new 165-seat venue being created on the site of entertainment impresario Paul Raymond's Raymond’s Revuebar and original Boulevard Theatre.

Designed by architects Soda Studio and theatre consultants Charcoalblue, the new venue will be able to accommodate many different layouts and includes an auditorium and balcony that revolve independently.

The artistic director will be Rachel Edwards, the founder of Tooting Arts Club, who will programme a range of in-house productions, together with late night live music, comedy, spoken word, cabaret and film. A restaurant and bar area will be accessed via a glass bridge.

The theatre owners are Soho Estates whose director, Fawn James, is the granddaughter of company founder, Paul Raymond.

The Boulevard Theatre is due to open in late 2019 in Walker's Court in the Soho district of London.
