Ibsen’s Peer Gynt presented by the Space at their new summer residency

East London venue The Space has moved into the Crossrail Place Roof Garden to present a series of free theatre events over the summer.

The venue is above the retail and station areas and provides an amphitheatre layout with standing room behind.

Bloom Residency is characterised by quality programming, an ethos on participation and a family-friendly atmosphere.

For each event 50 tickets will be available for booking online with at least a further 20 tickets held for those who turn up at the door.

Included in the programme is Ibsen’s Peer Gynt which opens later this week followed by:

  • Creatures Of Prometheus – a revisiting of some classic myths
  • The Royal Nutshell (The Complete History Of The English Monarchy In A Nutshell)
  • The End Is Nigh from multi-award-nominated musical comedians Jonny & the Baptists
  • One Summer – monologues from this year's festival of solo performance: Tatyana And The Cable Man and The Fantastical Tale of the Boy on the Run
  • Up In The Attic presented by Half Moon Theatre
  • Odyssey presented by Theatre Ad Infinitum
  • Moonshine’s Entirely Necessary Adventure presented by Magic Maverick

Participative workshops are also programmed. Age restrictions may apply.
