Not one but two opportunities next week to catch a unique evening featuring one of modern music’s most endearing characters.

Suggs’s My Life Story—at the Grand in Lancaster next Wednesday and Preston Charter Theatre two days later—features Graham McPherson, the frontman of pop band Madness.

After a successful opening in Blackpool, a national tour of the stage version of TV sitcom Rising Damp reaches The Lowry in Salford next week.

It’s a new production from the Comedy Theatre Company, and is directed by original cast member Don Warrington.

Manchester’s Whalley Range Open Voice community choir joins former Liverpool Philharmonic composer in residence Graham Fitkin to score an aerial theatre performance from the critically-acclaimed Ockham’s Razor at The Lowry in Salford.

It runs from next Thursday to Sunday.

Shred Productions presents the world première of South, a powerful new play from the creative team behind Sherica (a 2012 Manchester Theatre Award Winner) and Wednesday (2010 Edinburgh Fringe Award Winner).

South plays at The Lowry in Salford Wednesday to Friday.

Stockport Plaza is hosting Peter Pan in its musical format from Wednesday to Saturday.

The production, presented by Anne Dalton who brought Her Benny to the venue, promises to have you ‘hooked’ on this classic tale.
