Papatango New Writing Festival

The winning scripts in the Papatango New Writing Festival, based at London's Finborough Theatre, have now been announced from the shortlist that was announced last month.

The winning play is Pack by Louise Monaghan, which will be given a four-week run at the Finbourough from 27 November and will be published by Nick Hern Books.

The second-placed script, Everyday Maps For Everyday Use by Tom Morton-Smith, will also be given a full production at the theatre for three weeks, opening on 4 December.

The scripts placed third and fourth, Back Home Contemplation by May Sumbwanyambe and Photos of You Sleepinging by Jane Wainwright, will be given staged readings on 10 and 17 December respectively.
