RADAR 2012

A varied schedule of events over three weeks offers a look at the future of new writing with contributions from artists from across the UK.

In addition to performances of finished works the festival will showcase in development material and present a second evening of Bush Bounce—a one-night performance event for young artists. Complementing this programme are Radar Connect workshops for postgraduate students run by artistic director Madani Younis, associate director Omar Elerian, George Mann from Theatre Ad Infinitum, Che Walker and Selma Dimitrijevic from Greyscale.

Platform discussions cover topics that include Process is God: New ways to develop new plays and How is critical discourse keeping pace with contemporary theatre? At the first of these platforms, One Idea that could change our theatre landscape, Madani Younis will announce the Bush's new literary policy.

The festival runs from 7 to 22 November. Tickets are available through the Box Office on 020 8743 5050 or www.bushtheatre.co.uk
